Germantown, MD – Mid Atlantic Professionals, Inc. (doing business as “SSI”) announced today that they were awarded the U.S. Navy SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) contract. The SeaPort NxG contract provides a broad array of engineering and program management services to the U.S. Navy and all of its components. The multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract holds a total value of $5 billion, and includes a five-year base period with one five-year option. Services include engineering, software/system engineering, safety, research and development, modeling and simulation, financial analysis and budget support, quality assurance (QA) support, professional development and training support, public affairs and multimedia support, logistics support, and information technology (IT) and more.
